Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NextShift Trades (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

Educational nature of the Service

NextShift Trades provides introductory online education and career preparation only. It does not grant a professional license, certification, apprenticeship completion, EPA Section 608 certification, or authorization to perform electrical, HVAC, or other regulated work. Hands-on work must always be performed under qualified in-person supervision and in accordance with applicable laws and codes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase a course.

Purchases and access

• Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
• Access is provided on a self-paced basis and does not currently expire.
• Prices and course contents may change over time.

Acceptable use

You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Service to perform unauthorized or hazardous work.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any hands-on work you later perform.
